Scafell Pike – The Scenic Route

The highest mountain in England was donated to the National Trust in 1919 by Lord Leconfield. Let us take you on a journey starting at Seathwaite Farm we traverse Scafell Pike along one of the more scenic routes allowing you to also summit Great End (910 m), and the mountain tops of Ill Crag (935 m) & Broad Crag (934 m).

You will encounter various types of terrain on your guided walk, crossing two boulder fields on route to the summit of Scafell Pike (978 m). The views from Scafell Pike on a clear day are utterly breath taking, views of the Isle of Man, Derwent water, Windermere, Northern, Eastern & Western Fells are just the tip of the iceberg! Our route back to Seathwaite will take you past a very special Tarn and alongside Great Gable and Seathwaite fell.
